Baked BROWNIEs today!

Betty Crocker’s Brownie actually…

If you guys want to bake Raspberry Brownies here’s the procedure and ingredients:)

1 box Betty Crocker dark chocolate fudge brownie mix, Water, Vegetable oil and eggs called for on brownie mix box

1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup powdered sugar

1/2 cup raspberry preserves

1 oz unsweetened baking chocolate

1 tablespoon butter or margarine

1. Heat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit Make and cool brownies as directed for 13×9-inch pan.

2.In small bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and preserves on medium speed until smooth. Spread over brownies. Refrigerate 15 minutes.

3.In microwavable bowl, microwave chocolate and butter uncovered on Medium(50%) about 1 minute of until mixture can be stirred smooth. Drizzle over brownies. Refrigerate about 1 hour or until chocolate is firm before cutting. Store covered in refrigerator.

Well, I didn’t make the raspberry brownie.. I just made a dark chocolate brownie with chocolate bites and m&m’s!:) LOVE IT!<3 I baked for nico larsen because he really wants a brownie that is specially made for him so.. I did what he wants:) I love you babe!:) See you tomorrow before I go to KL, Malaysia:)
